Manifest Destiny is a melodic death metal concept album about a journey west towards a mysterious ancient sound. Inspired by my travels on the train across the western USA during a time of profound change and personal reflection, the theme of the record is self actualization. I believe even in the darkest and most challenging times, we are capable of creating a better future for ourselves.

Musically inspired by various artists, including Iron Maiden, Agalloch, Be'lakor, Solstafir, Insomnium, Ashbringer, Wayfarer, Devin Townsend, Gojira, Explosions in the Sky, Pallbearer, Mastodon, Kauan, Neurosis, Amon Amarth, among others.
